Charlie Wilson is a Senior Associate with Baker | Moran. Charlie represents governmental entities, electric utility companies and pipeline companies in all facets of the eminent domain process, from initial negotiations through litigation. Charlie also represents clients with a variety of matters including real estate transactions, easement review, probate, estate planning, and real property disputes involving fraud, breach of contract, declaratory judgment on easements, trespass, nuisance, and other property related matters.
